The business case for investing in equality and non-discrimination is clear: inclusive workplaces drive innovation, improve performance and create lasting value.
This 60-minute webinar, hosted by the UN Global Compact Academy, will explore how companies are continuing to advance workplace non-discrimination and equality in practical, constructive ways, amidst growing external pressures. Hear from company leaders about how they continue to embed non-discrimination and equality in their company policies, tools, and day-to-day practices. We’ll also introduce the UN Global Compact’s newly launched Non-discrimination & Equality Analysis Tool, designed to support companies in identifying gaps and opportunities to foster more inclusive work environments.
The session will feature live translation in Spanish, French and Portuguese.
